Oh Yeah, I Forgot To Mention....

O.K. I'm gonna come clean about the quitting smoking thing....I didn't quit. I know, I know...I suck. Holly is really bugging me about it. I was practically hysterical the night before just thinking about it. I will again set a quit date and try again. Just one catch, the quit date will probably be around January 2028...just kidding...sort of...AARRGG!!! I just don't feel like going through all the pain and anxiety of it. If I could just wake up tomorrow and just never thought of it again, that would be great. But it doesn't happen that way.
I'll keep you all posted about the situation.
Take care
Tory

i havea friend who really didn't want to quit, but whose father essentially offered her a lot of money to do so. she ended up going to a hypnotist and was cured immediately. while she had nicotine withdrawl for the first two weeks, she has no desire to ever pick up a cigarette again (she's a non-smoker now).

something to think about?

good luck!

In the UK (cough) a ban on smoking (splutter) came in last Jooo (cough) lie. I'm a non - ( choke) smoker but the atmosphere in my pub has improved (sneeze) beyond all recognitio-(cough)-n. Basically because there are no (rasp) customers!

Hi hi,

I have a video I'd like to send you (has nothing to do with quiting smoking) but more so, related to my job ;). May I have your email address please?
Oh and my doctor just recently gave me a medication called Champix to help quit smoking. Its pills you take everyday for a certain amount of weeks, however you can still smoke. Apparently, its suppose to make your cravings go away....apparently.
Anyways, you may want to ask your doctor if you haven't heard of it before. Good Luck to you, and keep in touch! My email is: Lisa.vanhelden@gmail.com.

I used to smoke. I quit only after a doctor told me this, "If your child's life depended on it, what would you do?" I quit that instant.
